| Terms and conditions regarding car rental. |
1. RENTER'S AND DRIVER'S AGE: At least 21 years old.
2. DRIVER'S LICENSE: Driver must have a valid license aged
at least 12 months.
3. INSURANCE COVERAGE OPTIONS:
a. STANDARD (CDW): Collision Damage Waiver
i. Death and bodily injuries of persons not riding
in or upon the DRIVE car.
ii. Material damages inflicted on property, which is
not stored in or upon the DRIVE car.
b. OPTIONAL (FDW): Full Damage Waiver.
4. MINIMUM RENTAL: Three days.
5. COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: On condition that the Driving
Code has not been violated, renter's responsibility can
be reduced to 120 euros for groups A & B, 200 euros for
groups C & D and 300 euros for all other groups.
6. TYPES AND HUBCAPS: Are not covered by the insurance policy.
7. PARKING: Is allowed in parking zones.
8. THEFT PROTECTION: For up to the total value of the car
against theft there is an additional charge of 5 euros
for car groups A & B, 10 euros for car groups C & D and
20 euros for all other groups.
9. GASOLINE: Renter pays for the gasoline consumed during the
rental.
10. EXTRA EQUIPMENT: Luggage rack or baby seat (upon request)
at the extra charge of 2 Euro per day.
11. TRAFFIC FINES: Tickets and subsequent administrative
sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the
rental period are at the renter's expense.
12. You must not drive on non-paved roads.
REMARKS
Rates are subject to charge without notice. The reading of klms
"out" and "in" starts from and terminates at our stations.
Renters wishing to drive the car outside the Island of Rhodes must
request it in advance for authorization by our car rental office.
